Ironically this fits with another thread about unfit drivers.

Due to the various changes in body fluids, hormones etc then changes to vision can occur.

However if as claimed this has affected her vision sufficiently not to see this brightly lit cyclist then her GP should be reporting this condition to the DVLA

The video was shot in the uk by a youtube user called "romanian cyclist". The ethnicity of the driver and the cyclist she hit are not revealed, nor relevant.
