Back to work tomorrow. Looking forward to getting back on the cycle commute to get rid off all the mince pies and booze I've consumed over the past 11 days.

40+mph winds in the morning and calms down later, but all in all it looks like the car for me!

In my experience, It's usually never as bad in London as they always report. Too many buildings to break up the wind.

yes i agree and i have ridden plenty of times in the past in the bad winds, but since switching to the roadie from hybrid i find myself feeling the sidewinds much more to the point of nearly coming of... dilemma as i really don't want to drive!

Yes and no is my answer.

No- very little to do at work at this time of year. These next couple of months are quite dull and I tend to struggle.

Yes- classes will start at the gym. I’ve enjoyed cycling and walking over the Christmas break, it’s the bit around 7-9pm that the inactivity gets to me. As I’d had a drink I didn’t use my bike, but I went for a walk on most nights. I’ll be happy to be back at spin, circuits and metcon.
