Contentment............sometimes I catch a glimpse of what that feels like. Kind of ephemeral though.

yes it comes and goes, but its there most of the time, I did basic hatha yoga plus meditation for about five years, I learnt to cope better with my tendency to worry too much, I also learnt the yoga quiet mind, that on its own puts me in a better place, add in the relationship and it all puts me in the best place I've been in.
