Had s nice omelette earlier. Jalapenos fried up with some mushrooms, mix some habanero sauce into the eggs, add some birds eye flakes and fry with some cheese.

Made my wife cough and complain about the spiciness and she didnt even eat it (well she did get a massive whaft of it when she came in halfway through)

Bloody lovely and my apaches are growing nicely now too. Lots of fruits

Trees Can't Dance have closed down apparently, so this sauce isn't available anymore - it was run by this old boy - http://www.chilefoundry.com/2012/03/10/the-red-hot-chilli-cookbook-by-dan-may/

If you're interested, Ian, PM a postal address and I'll bung you one in the post.

Is it any good though? I'm lacking a chipotle sauce on my shelf of pain at the moment so might have to see if I can stock up. Was it with the other sauces or on the bargain shelf?

It's ok as a table sauce, could be a bit hotter. It was in the clear out bit in Sainos.

My wife just went on a nappy top up and fetched me a bottle of 'African sauce' made by the same chap.
