Taco Bell fire sauce is surprisingly good. The last time I was in the states I filled my pockets!

I feel dirty saying this but 'mmmm taco bell'

Living in the State of hot sauce, I have my pick of the best store bought and home made. Yet I still prefer Trini hot sauce as it have both the best flavour and heat combination.

There's a chance I'll be smoking and grinding some chillies before the year is out.

Anyone fancy a bit to try? Assuming I get round to it and can find all the relevant PPE.

Good idea! I'll be in touch when I've done some then eh?

Deal, I'm just pondering what I'm going to make next.

Lovely stuff, really wonderful smokey flavour and a nice spicy taste without the sensation of eating molten lava - mind you I didn't use a huge amount. I can see this becoming a firm favourite and I'm sure Mrs 3BM will be delighted too - ha!

I have only just found this thread!!!

just last night i used almost 1/2 a bottle of tobasco on my jalapeno pizza, i then realized after cooking that i had some random chilli sauce and flakes that i got for christmas with a sizzler pan for my steak fetish!

i'm still working on the wife allowing me to grow habaneros at home, however my 2 year old may try them without my knowing if i did that!
Love this thread. Now, my boss, she's got a 1st class honours in English; can run 10k in 50 mins and sentimentally snogs me after a few beers in the pub. But what impressed me most about her? That's right. We went for an indian and she challenged me to a fresh lightly-fried green chilli eating competition.

"It's like a shot high" she said. "The rules are that you can't swallow until you've chewed each one properly15 times."

I managed 3. I looked on with awe as she continued to 7.
I'm yet to find anything so hot that I can't eat it, but I had my first phaal a few weeks ago and had to rush home for a sit down.

Here are the hot sauces I received as gifts this Christmas:

Think we may have to make a hot sauce pilgrimage to Andrews.

I have just asked the wife how much Tabasco Sauce I get through and that she buys for me.
She say's a bottle a week.
I use it on chips as one would use Tommy Ketchup.
