I'm not keen on winter road cycling due to back issues and cold weather.
Does anyone use their road bike through winter at an indoor track?
If so what track?? I am based in Berkshire. Dont mind a drive but nothing too far.

Thanks

The only thing would be a Velodrome and hire a track bike for an hour or so.

Personally I just ride on the roads if it's not raining and not icy, I just keep the rides shorter, up to 2hrs normally. Or I go MTBing

Turbo trainer/rollers ?

I have an exercise bike and now a gym membership but I'll try to ride if it's dry (cold and rain = too cold for me)

I was right about that saddle
Palmer Park Velodrome - Reading... OK so it is not indoors, but I use it on Tues and or Thursday Evenings 8pm-10pm to get some training miles in.

In the cold, you will be a snot rocket.
In the rain, not pleasant at all.
But beats doing nothing.

I do go MTB which funny enough keeps me warmer, I just find in winter at 15-20mph I get cold leaning over. Scoliosis is a pain when cold.
