So I had another look at that but could not find a solution for my particular problem. It's not that my phone doesn't rotate, its just that it takes a bit too long to do so. I always knew java underneath android was garbage. iOS's underpinnings I think are better. Thanks for the website though. You're welcome. Do I take it you found a fix?
Mind you, there was an industry for retrofitting manual chokes on (in particular) mark 3 escorts which had automatic chokes. Was a standard upgrade so they would start reliably when warm, or even start at all.
That's weird. I really don't think it's an Android issue - my Moto re-orients instantaneously - or as near as makes no difference. My wife's Samsung likewise. So I had another look at that but could not find a solution for my particular problem. Just tied mine. First time it took a second, subsequent times took half second. (of course just rough timing). Maybe I'm not picking. Or maybe this is the beginning of me trying convince myself to get a new phone. That's weird. Just tried mine (Moto). It doesn't actually shift from portrait to landscape, ie it doesn't shift 90 degrees in a jump. The image onscreen just rotates as you rotate the phone. Instantly. Mark 4 escorts were also a ball ache for that . We had one that would start first time in the cold but once it was warm .... forget itMind you, there was an industry for retrofitting manual chokes on (in particular) mark 3 escorts which had automatic chokes. Foot to the floor on the accelerator 'should' knock the choke off.Mark 4 escorts were also a ball ache for that . We had one that would start first time in the cold but once it was warm .... forget it
They are both Unix based. Android is Linux and iOS is BSD via OS X.I always knew java underneath android was garbage. iOS's underpinnings I think are better.
Yes you are right about the OS. But the user level services are written in Java I think on android? They are both Unix based. Android is Linux and iOS is BSD via OS X.
