It's Quint a large fine, hopefully the court won't have to jump through Hoop(er)s to collect it. Or can it be paid in installments, so the defendant doesn't fall prey to loan sharks, who can be quite a Scheider (shady - too far?) bunch, especially if he's having a Drey(fuss) spell financially?
