Nothing new there, Dawes Kinpin and Raliegh 20 were doing bikes with front and rear carriers in the 60's.

I do like them though.

I bought my Raleigh RSW for 50p at the local tip and used it for many years. Great little bike. Regret taking it back when I moved house.
