I was taken there by my ex on a visit to her family in Blackburn, its no wonder locals walk around like Frankensteins Monster, I'd sooner walk around in clogs than the tat they sold. In fact the wooden soled foundry boots I wore at work looked like fashion accessories in comparison. Sometimes "Ah but they're cheap" just ain't enough.Tommy Ball's shoe shops in Blackburn. That brings back memories!
