I reckon the negative offset will make that a bike that rides as if you've had a few drinks; when you've had none.
Small boy fell down in front of us on the cycle path last month. Stopped to assist etc (and parents tracked back). His fork (16" wheels) had been installed back to front (in the shop according to father) - not surprising he kept falling off.
