Interesting technique!

Spotted a chap today, steaming along on his mtb. All fine and normal, except that he was leaning forward and steering with both hands on the sides of the fork crown.....

I've done that, relaxed my grip slightly then there was this large buzzing sound where the nobbles on the tyres were rubbing on my knuckles.

You would think he could stop and tighten the handlebars, unless he was late for a date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's a cheap MTB I see locked to railings near Wednesbury bus station occasionally. The owner has replaced the handlebars with an old car steering wheel. Must be weird to ride, but I've seen it being ridden and he uses it to balance his rucksack on. I hover between impressed and horrified.
