Hale-Bopp was a thing of true beauty  ... much better than that over-rated Halley's Comet

edit... back on topic-ish.... I've always loved this partial eclipse photo

Clear skies forecast tonight, and according to NASA it should be visible from 9pm tonight for 5 minutes. Passing from WSW to SE., rising to 34 degrees above the horizon. That was using Glasgow in the search BTW..

You can also obtain the info on ISS + more pass overs on the "heavens above" site, just zoom in on the map to log your location and you can also see 'Iridium flares', it will tell you the exact moment / time/ and date if you zoom in and place the mark on your viewing location. Just thought i'd add this if o one has already

I saw it going over last year. It travels surprisingly fast. I didn't expect it to for some reason. Doh.

I remember when I first saw it, the sky was totally clear of cloud and full of stars and there I am looking round thinking how the hell am I going to spot it in this lot, then suddenly oh yeah there it is. As you say traveling faster then I expected.

I set my camera to leave the shutter open and got this picture of it
