If it was an An Post bike, green is correct shade, they'd have been carried in a larger van before being dropped off from a central point. Along with the bags on the rear rack. Explains the odd rear triangle, it doubled as a rack.
Also used on the North Wall and Dublin Port area.
Check the folding bracket for any markings, inside it as well. Raleigh may have lost their records in a fire, An Post have their own.
