Is drafting acceptable on a training run?

No but the majority of you have convinced me that I'm being a wuss and need to compete.

What is even better is to sit behind him all the way, telling him you are going to kick his arse in the sprint, then tell him you are winding up for the sprint and are all over him,.....then sit back at a gentle pace as he knocks his pan in
