Mixed bag I reckon. There are bits that are home made and narrow, bits that are technical and rocky, bits that are techy and hard work, the climb up through the quarry, but huge sense of satisfaction from riding it. There are bits that are droppy, swoopy and jumpy, Hope Line, and there are bits that are very very rocky and kinda hard work if you ain't used to them, the bit up to the top. There is also the famed Hully Gully, which is a full-on adrenaline fest but needs care and confidence to get the best out of it., but you can ride back up and session it if you fancy. Opinion is divided between "I don't like it, it doesn't flow" and "it's great, if you can't find flow you ain't doing it right. " go and give it a go. It certainly won't be time wasted necessarily, but remember it isn't everybody's cup of tea.
I reckon
@I like Skol would be in the "great fun" camp. The top pavement over the marsh and the big rock at the top is his kind of environment.
