Now that the twattterati have stopped preceding nearly every sentence with 'So' they seem to have commenced using 'In terms of' instead.
Sky News & Radio 4 presenters and interviewees are currently winning for the number of pointless uses.

In terms of annoyance, it's getting on my nerves...

So, for those who object to startin a sentence with "so", I give you the following:

So, the spear-Danes in days gone by,
and the Kings who ruled them had courage and greatness.

but what does an Irishman know about good English? What, Nobel prize for literature you say.

Seamus Heany's translation - rather good too (based on reading it as a story/poem rather than the Anglo-Saxon translation quality)

"In terms of" has become a conversation filler as annoying as "literally".
"as you do"...thats my pet hate.

I was.walking up.the street...as you do...when I saw a car...as you do...and thought...as you do...that you do...as you do...do stuff...as you bloody do.

That and "like" ...i like totally hate that one too
