Is it possible to make a frame a bigger size?

I just found this. The frame looks pretty close. If I use this frame, repaint it like a lenton with the correct decals, then litterally every single other part from a real lenton then I think I'll be onto a winner! It's a shame it's not 531 tubing though.

This could result in a monster and expensive undertaking. I normally ride a 22" ST X 23" TT. I've converted a couple of 20"/21" frames to comfortable riders by using a longer stem, wider or different bars and a longer MTB seat post with a big setback. Increasing the wheel diameter will raise the bottom bracket, but won't affect the fit. You can probably find period correct stem and bars, but the seat post could be an issue if you wanted it to look perfect.

No I didnt buy it. I think if I keep looking I could easily get one of those for much less money.

There's a couple of 501 larger framed bikes on the bay for that sort of dosh and one I saw that seller thought might be a 531! I'll see if I can find it

Thats a nice bike, but it doesnt look enough like a lenton frame. The one I posted has the typical 50's style forks which is what im after.
