Is there a website for downloading popular Routes in GPX

Hi

Is there a website that allows you to upload/download GPX files of tried and trusted routes that can be rated and reviewed

I had a quick search both here and Google but came up with nowt, im sure its been done, at least then you can choose an area and a distance and get a decent well ridden route
