I hear a song; don't matter what it is, if it lights some subliminal fire in the grey matter it stays on the brain for days. Whistle it, hear it when I wake and so on. Last few have been ... The Adams Family theme, Ahhh shuddup a yer face (wass a matter now) The A team theme (no idea WHY), Superstition Stevie Wonder. Currently it's gone quiet only waiting for a song/tune to inflict its repetitiveness on me.

Perlease .... at least one person say they get this dreaded thing:wacko:

Ever since I posted my avatar, I've had the "Bah humbug! No that's too strong.." lyrics going round and round and round and round ... I know, I know, I've only myself to blame. The only respite I get is from the Jam and Jerusalem theme.

I get misheard lyrics bouncing around my head, this week I've been subjected to 'I've got the moobs like Jagger, I've got the moobs like Jagger, I've got the mooo oooo oooo oooo oooo oooo oooo oooo oooobs like Jagger'

Somebody deleted it the last time I posted it, but perhaps I can infect your brain with this one ... :hello:

(I made the mistake of watching the Hugh Grant movie Music and Lyrics recently and took weeks to forget this ...

Aaaargh -it's in there again!

Radio 4 probably took that from sister station Radio 6 Music - appears to be an increase of R6 adverts on R4 recently. Sean Keavney has a breakfast show every day asking listeners for their "ear worm".

I went to the doctors about it, because I couldn't stop singing 'The Green Green Grass Of Home'.

I was told that it's not unusual..........................
