I guess the obvious answer is it's cooked so replace it. That said, I used to cycle with the owner of one of our local bike shops and he'd wait for the inner tube to pop out through the sidewall of the tyre before he'd change it 😂

Don't worry. It's in the bin now. Just concerned that I did a 100k ride with it like that.
