I'm right-legged, so I tend to draw away from traffic lights (at Time Warp speed, naturally) putting some effort into my right leg, while the left one just deals with the take off. I get the feeling that my right leg does more stuff generally.
They are both pipe cleaners, BTW, and have alarming knobbly knees half way down.

I have post-thrombotic inverse awesomeness ...
My right leg is my strong one, but the left is now much bigger ...
In case it isn't obvious, I'll blow up part of the picture ...
A DVT wrecked the circulation in the left leg so the left calf swells up to several cms bigger than the right. I've got a varicose vein in there now too. People riding behind me can see the damage quite clearly. If I don't keep moving or elevate my left leg when sitting, it starts to go a scary shade of purple!
Apart from that, yeah, some awesomeness!

I broke my right ankle a few years back, and now my left leg has become the main leg and is noticeably bigger. I am right handed but lead off with my left foot. It does feel like my left does more work somehow generally.
