Purchased a BSO over a Dealers web site. Loads of things wrong with it
Bent Pannier rack, cut cable housings in 4 places, chewed nuts, not properly set up
Heres the last message I received over a week ago. Still haven't received the rack
Changed my mind because there was no way I was going to buy again off that Company

"I have sent you the pannier rack as you have requested. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for the gear cable as this was not in this state when it left us and the same for the seat post bolt. All are bikes are quality checked by safety experts before being dispatched to the general public. Once again I'm sorry to hear that your having trouble with your item but at first you accepted the credit note and now you have changed your mind."

Out of the blue a friend said "Are you interested in a Raleigh (Mid range) MTB. Used
four times and been stored in a central heated garage for 4 years. No rust, just a bit of dust.
£50 ? Googled it, has a fairly good reputation. Putting on Schwalbe Big apple tyres.
And off across the Transpennine Trail I go.

I am positive the BSO from the Dealer will collapse after 6months
