Nah, they do, it's just not as exaggerated because they haven't (yet) got to the point where they're constantly trying to con the ref at every opportunity. I think it would be a shame if that became bigger part of the game, but it's definitely a small part of it.

Rugby Ref's don't stand for any nonsense, as an example, Hull Kingston Rovers V Leeds Rhinos, Hull KR's golden boy, Mikey Lewis pretends a not a high tackle, was so bad he laid on the pitch as if he had been hit by a snipers bullet, unfortunately he forgot that if a player shows evidence of a concussion,
he's off for a head injury assessment, but if K.O'd he doesn't come back on, so effectively sent himself off!
