I'd never take amusement at someone's puncture misfortune(s), Karma's a bitch and I try to keep her sweet.

Sounds like real bad luck there Pal, did you thoroughly feel inside the tyre after the first one to make sure there was nothing stuck in anywhere?

I ran my hand through the tyre to check for debris and found nothing, I still don't know why I got two. Oh well, that's just a bit of field experience for me now ^_^

Keep Calm and OMG.......CAKES!!
I had a puncture and mended it with a patch only to get another when I inflated the tyre. I hadn't checked the tyre for thorns first.

I had one last week after going through a pot hole. Then had to mend another one before I left work this evening

Thankfully learnt from the first one to take my puncture repair stuff and pump with me so was all prepared this time

That's why you should carry a spare inner tube or 2 everywhere! Save yourself hanging about in the wet and cold farking about patching.

If you punctured twice so close together, would suggest you didnt remove the sharp that caused the 1st one, or you got extremelly unlucky.

I always carry an inner tune but I used it last week when the valve blew on my tyre, haven't got round to picking another one up yet!

Can't see it in the image above,

Ah, it wasn't on the bike. I left when it was still light but took my light in my bag in case it got dark, I put it on before I headed home.
