Come on, be fair, are we so good that we never make mistakes on the road when riding? Well, I went for a 21 mile ride this morning and nearly got knocked over twice, at a roundabout, and it was all my fault! First, I misjudged the gap between two cars coming on my right and then forgot to signal I was existing on my right. Both of these faults were my own doing and got a horn full of abuse from both cars. And rightly so too. All I could do was to put my hand up as an apology and be thankful those drivers were alert.
So, are you going to own up to your own mistakes now? Personally, I don't mind admitting it as I don't claim to be perfect. Over to you lot now.

I'm sure you mean "wrongly so" as that is inappropriate use of the horn....

(and I would never use Airzound or the good old fashioned OI! in the same manner, ever. Honest)

Not strictly cycling, but: a couple of years ago I went straight into the back of a black cab while roller skating because I was concentrating so much on my reflection in its highly polished boot that I didn't register the driver was braking

Not (just) vanity, though: efficient speedskating is all about technique and body position, and skating behind a mirror is a great way to work on it.

Don't knock it till you've tried it.

The Suzuki motorbikes are very good/rapid..shame the tech hasn't migrated to the cars

The Suzuki cars work very well, and are extremely good value for money, I do not own one but I would not bulk at doing so. They have come on a long way in the last 5 years, certainly one of the franchises to own nowadays.
