Rather shocking how the police fobbed him off at first. No doubt a desk monkey sick of paperwork.
This kinda thing makes me so angry. There is just no need for this type of thing. Im glad the motorcyclist let it go at the time but I almost wish he beat the guy to near death then took his car keys with him to the nearest river.
