I am not familiar with Helpxing but I have come across mention of the Cinque Terre Walk. Never knowingly crossed its path. Tuscany is gorgeous both inland and sleepy tranquil fishing ports with great sea-food restaurants out on the coast as I remember. I'm sure you will have a great time. Keep me posted with some of your pics when you get back. Angie and I both do a fair bit of walking..........one reason for coming to Scotland twenty years ago
