Its gone a bit quiet since the post Christmas diet thing?

Err well in the last year and bit I've lost 24lbs. I don't really mind what I weigh now because all my clothes fit me still and I don't look too bad in them. Exercising and eating sensibly seems to work well for me, although to initially lose weight I did montignac and then slimming world. I can't cope with the cultish nature of slimming clubs though...

Have lost 9 pounds since Christmas using a blood type diet. This was advised by a naturopath as I'm not sufficiently hypothyroid for the goodly NHS to spend its money on. It's (the diet) not scientifically proven but it has worked for me. I no longer feel fog-brained or suffer from low blood sugar; still have problems with being cold.
