I would prefer it if the clocks stayed the same all year round.

My bike computer will read the correct time after Sunday.
I find it really had to adjust when the clocks change. Getting to the start of the club ride for 9 O'clock is going to be hard.

It's also very disruptive to anyone who has to follow a strict 24 hour timetable for feeds, fluids, drugs etc.
Babies and animals will still want to follow their own routine.

Of course, if we want more evenings we could just get up an hour earlier and do everything an hour earlier. No need to fiddle with the clocks.

But everyone else doesn't get up earlier.... If I had to have one or the other... I'd go for Bristish Summer Time!
I would stick with winter time. Who needs daylight at 10 or 11pm? Even tomorrow night after the clock change, it will be daylight until about 8pm..

Yes because the clocks have changed

Permanent BST is the way. Or even double BST in the summer and single BST in the winter

There are real benefits in terms of energy consumption and in reduced road related accidents. Even the NFU isn't against this change

Me too. It's like jet lag. Attempting to wake earlier is really tough and then I'm "supposed" to fall asleep earlier too. If I'm on holiday (in France say) I live on UK time for the duration (10 days or whatever). But it's tough living like that all of the time for 6 months
