I will not be going to visit them!My Brother and his wife moved into their bungalow 16 years ago and set the thermostat at 26 degree's the heating has not been turned off since, nor down.

My older sister's house is bad enough a few degrees below that. I really don't understand why people want their rooms heated to warmer temperatures in winter than they get to in the summer ...![]()
I read that and thought 'How silly - she could just watch it on catch-up', then I went off to do some bike fettling and suddenly realised that recorders don't tend to record very well without power - ha ha!They do not move, when I go visit I have to keep checking them for a pulse. Remember this is the woman who records Corrie whilst watching it in case there is a power cut, yeh, I know.
