Sun cleared up in the afternoon so played football with the kids in the garden, did a short run with my daughter on her bike and got an hour's hard ride in too

Carried on with my painting. Spare bedroom finished now but no time for cycling alas. Hoping to find time during the rest of the week as I have a feeling we are going out next week end. Also having another biopsy done on prostate on Thursday ( just routine yearly check) so that rules out Thursday as well.

Not been for ride all week. I am very Ill. I have been suffering with the worse bout of bone idleness I have ever had. In part I blame it on what I am doing now! And the creation of the tablet. Its just so easy to sit and fester with these tablet computers. I have yet to miss a Sunday in the pub though. Reference drinking cider at 7am its wrong....you won't be able to see the telly by 7pm!!!

I fixed the shower door and then cleaned the carpet of a stain and hoovered up under our bed.

Then did the washing, washed the bedding and the rest of the laundry.

Washed the kutchen snd hall floor, did cooked breakfast for me and the wife

Dishwasher wash and empty. Fixed the hoover.

Made a pie for our daughter for a visit this week.

I get bored when I can't get out due to crap weather so I save all the jobs for rainy days.

The wife did knitting and crochet all day.

Yeah right and this afternoon your going to build a twin eiffel tower in the middle of Accrington Stanley's football pitch!!!
I find cycle in the rain no problem at all, special in warm summer rain. As the Norwegian say "it is never to cold outside, your just not wearing the appropriate clothes"!!
Mind I haven't been out all week so I've got no room to talk.
