Really windy and quite cold down here in Nottingham but with a forecast for sleet so I decided to pull the duvet back over my head this morning and then drive to work.

Little flurry here but that's it at the moment.
Wasn't too bad this morning and not as windy as was forcast so bit peed off that I dodn't do a proper commute this morning;forcast isn't that brilliant for the rest of the week and week-end with frosts after wet nights which in many ways is worse than snow.

Had an hour on a SUP this morning and got off the water just as it started hailing, then snowing. It lasted slightly longer than the cup of tea and bacon sandwich.

I've been in the Peak District with work for a couple of days, woke up this morning to it being white over, by time I'd had breakfast it had cleared, then we had a whiteout when it really came down and covered everything. Sun came out and melted the lot. Repeat in afternoon, snow came down, settled, sun came out and melted the lot. Came back to Leicester tonight and no sign of snow anywhere along the way.
