Yep, first time ever that ive cycled to work!
the 10 mile journey took me 55 minutes and that was with two stops that were not really needed.

1. to take off my front mudguard as it was moving around all over the place
2. to remove my jumper and gloves.

Really pleased with myself as at 5'10 and 15.5 stone im overweight and generally unfit. but ive managed to get to work and baby wipe myself down enough to not be a sweaty mess.

Just got to see if i can make it home at 4pm now !

Good work, and don't worry about getting home you'll be fine. Just take it easy. Congratulations, now you can enjoy the feeling of achievement you'll have every morning from now on

Well done. The first time is such a great feeling. Keep up the good work, you get similar feelings when you have completed a full week of it, then full month, and so on.

Well done. Sounds like you are learning that you don't need to wear that much, even on a cold day, particularly if you put in some effort.

All the best, and wait for news of this being more regular, until spring arrives and you are doing this every day!
