I was hoping this was about Jaffa cakes over bananas on a ride but:

Apparently 35 Jaffa cakes is all the energy a woman needs in a day...but what about fueling the home?

Depends on how fast your going, amongst other things

Jaffa cakes before doing track work and immediately after. Advice seems to be that consuming 30-50g of carbohydrate within 30 minutes of hard exercise has a great benefit in stoking the glycogen stores. Each Jaffa Cake provides about 9g of CHO and also a little bit of protein, which is said to aid the synthesis of glycogen (or some such medical phrase).

I was once in the dressing room at Sunderland AFC's old Roker Park ground just before half-time of a league match.

The kitman put a plate with a large pile of Jaffa Cakes on the central table.

Jockeys were known to eat traditional fruit cake.

Both foods being good nutritionally - provided they are eaten in modest quantities.

Not chocolate but Marmalade worked for O'Breeso I can't see jaffas not working :okay:
