Jll IC300 pro problem

Hi all. I'm new to this. I joined as I've seen a few messages regarding the Jll IC300 PRO spin bike. Can anyone please advise me. I've had my bike for 3 months, use it twice weekly, I now have a clinking sound appearing to come from within the flywheel as if there is loose metal piece in there. This doesn't happen when pedaling backwards though. Any ideas what it is and more important is how to fix it. It's so loud and annoying when pedaling.
