Terry's been caught. Big deal. So, do we celebrate those still considered innocent? Exactly, we don't know who they are. Yeah, he's been done

England won't win the World Cup yet again. They aren't good enough.Been listening to the hype for the last 30 years.

Can't see what all the fuss is about, all, even basic coaching manuals tell you that when the left back leaves a hole then the centre half fills it.

Musings..

Perhaps it's because Terry broke the unwritten rule of "Don't sh*t on your own doorstep" in that by having an affair with a team-mate's now ex, there is potential for disharmony in the changing rooms that won't exist if the affair was with a stranger? And can a captain command the respect of his team-mates if he's going around possibly sh4gg*ng their wives & girlfriends? A captain is supposed to unite the team rather than divide it?

..

I agree

Thats the easy thing to say though, isn't it? There is no denying the quality of the football England played during the qualifiers, we have a nice group, so who knows? I for one can't wait, it should be a great tournament.

Curious that you don't ever see 'revealing stories' and any 'in the public interest' items about the bed hopping and skullduggery of newspaper barons and editors and so on.:biggrin:

They must all be so upstanding.xx(

When Rupert Murdoch had an affair it was made quite clear to his editors that it was NOT newsworthy, and allegedly there were a few calls suggesting that other papers also found it un-newsworthy as well, or the NoTS would be running some stories.

Why is it a "result"? Would you expect to be demoted for the same thing?

it's a result, not because he got demoted for the affair but that he got demoted. he should never have been captain in the first place, nasty mouthy twat that he is.
