Finished ! No tyre levers used in fitting the M+, other than to remove original tyre.
100 psi & holding, captain.

Yes - I change mine once a year on my commuting bicycle. No levers or toe straps, and it is just one of those little things to amuse...funnily enough, my wheels are made by Spa! New Koolstop duo pads and SPD520s with a 17T sprocket x 48 fixed, for a change, will ensure that my first work commute is 'fun' 
(I'm starting early...'just in case'!)I'm a big lump though and the pressure is 8 bar for preference...115 psi? about.
