Just been offered a De Rosa Idol

I have just put the phone down from a ridding partner of mine. After getting a De Rosa Idol shipped over from Italy and owning it for 4 months, he now wants to sell it. He orginally got it shipped over as you can't get the red one's in the UK. Anynow, he now wants to sell it and go over to Colnago. I have tried the bike out when he got it and its a great fit. He want £1200, it cost him £3000. Decision time!
