With my push bike

Longsight lemmings lolz

I was coming down Kirkmanshulme Lane, Longsight just off Stockport Rd heading towards the velodrome in primary as its bottle necked and always a danger spot when this guy just walks out in front of me just facing Asda's car park entrance

BANG !

I didn't even slow down as it was so wet with the rain lol, I could have maybe gone left or right a little though I decided straight on was the best option for myself to cushion the blow a bit , as you do

I hit him real hard as he went down hard as well lol with me flying over the handle bars following him.

After picking myself and the bike up and checking we weren't about to get killed by on coming traffic I was about to give him a mouthful though I felt a little sorry for him and asked him if he was OK ?

His face looked a right mess with blood pouring from his mouth, Im glad I didn't give any stick as he looked a right tool lolz

He just said, Yeah Im right, and just walked off towards Asda

Some kind motorist asked if I was OK

So no damage to me or the bike. I just straightend my STI brake / gear levers, straightned my mudguards and re fitted my frame fit pump and got home

I think the Longsight lemming and my Carradice pannier bag took all the impact lol

Its always a bad spot that part of kirky lane

Am I alone in thinking that you are proud of your actions?

I'd not get any satisfaction from another's injuries.

Not comfortable with all the 'lol' in the story.

With a damaged mouth he may also have a head injury - not something to laugh about.

I don't think that your victim found it funny.

So you think 'Just smashed someone in the face' is a barrel of laughs for a thread title?

Well what? You get to laugh about it on an internet forum, when they are injured?

The second thread posted this afternoon, regarding a third party being injured - must be silly season.

Better hope the guy doesn't come across this. It doesn't really show you in a good light should he decide to take it further.

I don't know the exact details, and to be honest, given the way most of these types of threads seem to linger on for ages with loads of people giving different views to something they didn't witness, I don't want to express an opinion either way. Other than to bring your attention to the above!

Now THAT is funny - one of my favourite movies
Mel Brooks is a legend

The post however, did not sit comfortably with me.

You cant laugh at a minor accident though you find a film about the worst tyrants that ever walked the planet one of your faves ever ! ? /-:

Bizzare

Some things amaze me
