Just started taking sprinting seriously

I recently managed 1,150w for 19s, but I am poor at sprinting.
However Trainingpeaks would suggest my weak point is 1min power which is around 550w. It suggests that my five and twenty minute power are all okay.
I guess I need to learn to hurt myself more over a minute

yea I think I never fully gone into the pain zone but i think i should to improve
