Yes I know but git discount on my new purchases so all was good in the end was just 3 hours out if my weekend

Just returned said bike to shop and they fixed it while I waited so I still have my new bike had first ride and froze to death Saturday

Time to learn how to service a bike I think. Could be very costly in the long run if you don't.
