I'm doing the JOGLE in 9 weeks time. Unfortunately, last week I had a incident with a SMIDSY and have sore ribs, bruises. I'll probably have a week or two off the bike but was doing 25 miles a day to prepare (plus longer rides at weekends) and this has set me back a bit. Does anyone have any advice as to how to keep up the fitness while not on the bike that will still be beneficial to the fitness needed for the trip?. Cheers
