I'm a roadie and don't know a huge amount about MTBs. I'm looking to buy a new bike for my daughter (aged 13 and already as tall as her Mum), and my son, (soon to be 11). Budget around £400 each.
I'm trying to avoid something ridiculously heavy (already made that mistake with previous bikes), but, equally, both kids, especially my son, have a lot more growing to do, so I don't want to spend too much.
I've been looking at the Cube Aim Pro 29 for my daughter, but I'm still not sure about my son as he's probably too small for an adult bike.
Any suggestions welcomed.
