Anyone any experience of it.
I have a patella tracking problem: Two physios and an MRI scan later, it's still a problem and I've yet to find someone I trust to sort this out for me. So far, I've solved most of it myself. Potentially I've another recommendation who I might pay to see as I need to sort this out long term with the right exercises.
In the meantime, pain has flared again after a turbo session on the bike and playing with the patella and the way it moves and tracks has led me to a point where I can put weight through pain free if the patella is in the right position. I've done some searching online, watched a few vids and had a bit of tape which someone gave to one of my sons for a foot problem. I've applied this, done some one legged squats and all feels good. I don't look forward to pulling it back off my hairy knee but that's another story.
Has anyone else used this stuff with any success?

When you take it off, make sure you do in the shower or bath. It's far easier when when (and I don't have very hairy legs)
