His insurers will state that you were a member of ISIS/Smersh/Legion of Doom who was riding over a granny (who survived three world wars!) and her baby at the time and that their public-spirited client deserves a medal.You can do without the hassle. Let a lawyer deal with it.

Also, the police won't prosecute.

As others have said GWS, hope the compensation works out and at least the idiot stopped which seems to be unusual now, they all just seem to drive off and leave the cyclist in the road.

Work solicitors are very good at personal injury claims the phrase "Ruthlessly efficient" springs to mind.

Hope that you are recovering from this, the driver certainly sounds like an idiot!!

There is certainly a growing aggression towards cyclists, but it is hardly surprising when you see so many giving us a bad name, particularly those going through red lights and thundering along the pavement!!

Not sure why he went, I'm putting money on him being an enormous bellend. He did mumble something about he thought i was going all the way round the roundabout and that he was on his way to London, so instead of stopping he thought the best way to resolve it was to run me over.
Oh well. I'm ok and not dead. Today I am a winner :-)
