Oh!! Sounds heavenly!
Our local butcher does square steak sausage and I can manage one of those on a (brown) roll but no egg.
Doesn't seem to be an issue with female runners...

buy some decent shorts/tights. I tried cheap ones and they really did some damage! No problems since using Assos.
my wife and her friend came out for a ride with me on my spare mtb bikes as they decided it was a good way of getting fit . i did tell them the saddles are for men and would be uncomfortable . did they listen . NO . we did 7 miles and they started to complain a little . i did say lets go back , but no they wanted to get some miles in . we did 24 miles . last 7/8 miles they did out of the saddle 
and kept swapping bikes in the hope this would help them . they are now looking to buy lady specific saddles now . apart from the complaining it was a lovely ride .
