Ladies Pink Racing Bike

My wife who's into keep fit (i.e runs marathons/half marathons) wants to get into some cycling to vary her training schedule etc.

She wants a ladies racing (I don't think she means proper racing but having drop handle bars) bike that is pink!

Doesn't want to spend a lot of money at this time - something cheap and cheerful that she can use to experiment probably cycling no more than 5-10 miles at a time.

Can anyone help how/where/what might be the best way to get hold of such a bike?

Bikes can be sprayed....when I was 13 my Dad built me a bike and sprayed it silver and hot pink for me!!!

Oh dear god! It's not often I call a bike ugly...

I like Cathryn's idea - spraying isn't easy (I did my Galaxy and it took a lot of paint and patience), but for a cheap and cheerful option, there's Hammerite...
