My wife who's into keep fit (i.e runs marathons/half marathons) wants to get into some cycling to vary her training schedule etc.

She wants a ladies racing (I don't think she means proper racing but having drop handle bars) bike that is pink!

Doesn't want to spend a lot of money at this time - something cheap and cheerful that she can use to experiment probably cycling no more than 5-10 miles at a time.

Can anyone help how/where/what might be the best way to get hold of such a bike?

    Thanks

I've actually managed to get pink cables and pink tyres on mine now, now if those nice people at Hudz would get back to me.......

Oh dear god! It's not often I call a bike ugly...

I like Cathryn's idea - spraying isn't easy (I did my Galaxy and it took a lot of paint and patience), but for a cheap and cheerful option, there's Hammerite...;)

I think that is horrible ... if I wanted pink it would be fushia pink ...

  8. You guys have got no style. If it's good enough for the leader of the Giro, it's good enough for me ;)

Hot pink all the way. Girly pink is for canal towpaths!!!

The Giro bloke makes me laugh in his pink shoes. He must feel like such a muppet!

It's one of them there Salvador Dali frames.

Now if they could make one with wiggly wobbly spokes, that'd be real style...
