Is that when you were getting on, or getting off? It's the delay at the end of your journey that is important. Anyway, assuming the latter it takes very little time to make a clain online - just fill in the details and uplaod a snap of the ticket - and see if they argue; you've only to lost a minute or two if they refuse the claim which I reckon is a gamble worth taking.
