Lauterwasser bars - age of lightweight?

Quick one really:how old is this lightweight and are the bars on it Lauterwasser? Number beneath the bottom bracket is 21037 and the saddle is a Brooks B15 "Champion Standard". Any guidance appreciated!

it looks to me like a sturmey hub, that may have a date on it. also, is there any markings at all on the front hub, or anywhere on the cranks?

If it's 531, vacuum wrap it as it is.
